My two-up to solo fix

My two-up to solo fix
Well, I mentioned in another thread that I had been working on a "fix" to keep my two-up seat from boogering my fender's paint. I just pulled my Badlander seat and my paint was still good. So here it is.....
I rode about 100 miles after this "mod" There are no signs of the passenger pillion at all. I know there are easier ways, like the microfiber towel, but I couldn't get one to stay in place when mounting the seat and remaining unseen once the seat was on.
I went to wal-mart's arts & crafts aisle. I got a sheet of black felt for $0.37 and a roll of 1" wide black velcro for about 5 bucks. I cut a piece of felt about the shape of the pillion portion of my seat. I used some 3M double sided foam tape (already had it) to stick the felt onto the pillion. I the felt in a way that would allow about 1/2" or so of seat beyond the felt. I bordered the felt with the soft side of the adhesive velcro tape. I sut a few triangular pieces of the tape to fill the gaps all the way to the edge of the seat.
