I'm looking for the softail springer fringed saddlebags to put on my wifes 2009 Deluxe. The ones with the red rail and hoping to find a seat to match.
Anyone have any idea where I can get them?

The red Trim is the hardest to find and the most expensive on ebay or craigslist.

The black trim is still available from the HD dealer

 

This ebay guy has several sets and has been trying to sell them for at least a year and a half (I think even longer than that), with no takers. Even that Craigslist ad is ridiculously priced.

I think people look at what the asking prices are on ebay and then think that must be what the bags are worth, but they never look at the completed listings to see what ones that actually sell sold for.

I bought my fringed Springer bags with black piping on ebay for under $300. They were a little dirty, but after washing them and putting on some dressing they look great. And they'll look better after I put in my $25 liners.

Be patient and you'll find a pair for a reasonable price.

 

do you know the part number of the black springer saddlebags that are still available from harley.

 

I like the factory Springer bags, but I hate the absurd prices people ask for them. These guys make copies without stickin' it to yah.
