Default New Rocker Owner w/Fender and Tuner questions

Hey everyone, I am new to HDF. Picked up a '10 Rocker C last month at the dealer.

Have the following mods all going on right now. (everything is at paint)

Heartland kit with custom cut rear fender
Heartland pass seat/sissy bar setup
Wild one simple lowering kit
Saracen 4.25" front fender (Have questions about fitment on this, think I will need a spacer on right side)
K&N 63-1125P aircharger kit
Martin Bros Daisycutters with 02 ports
Kuraykyn License curved vertical license plate holder

I have a couple of questions.

1. Has anyone done the Saracen 4.25" front fender, what additional hardware is required for bolt up?

2. I am getting conflicting info about PC V versus SE EFI Super Tuner, anyone have experience with these? I am assuming I will have to have a tuner with new exh and aircharger, maybe even an oil cooler. (It's hot here in Central California)

here's a couple of pictures of things pre paint.

nice rear fender. I have the sert and have no problems. I have never used a pc. however, you might want to look at the thundermax with auto tuner. I have the saracen front fender but not on a stock rocker front end. easiest way Is lay it out over the tire with a 3/8 hose between tire and fender that way you enough clearance and that tire hugging look. then just measure, most times you will be lucky enough to find the right spacers at your ace hardware stores. post up some more pics.

Cool, I will have to measure it when it gets back from paint.

I sent the wheels, pulley and rotors to chrome/polish today, they should be done and back on the bike before the paint is finished.

Just really hope it all comes together well. The only other main thing I want change out is +2 forward controls with matching pass pegs and grips. But you only have so much money at one time, lol

Did you consider the TTS Mastertune, I will have it on order at the end of the week from DrVTwin. I would consider it, it gets great reviews, but the PCV and Fuel Moto maps and customer service also have a good rep.

You're going to have a nice ride when its finished. I was going to post pics of mine today but we just got blessed with a nice May snow storm.... I need to relocate....

Thanks guys.

I went by the dealership today and told them to pull the wheels and pulley and send them to the chromer. I am not bothering with the rotors (I don't like that they don't match the 5 spoke design of the wheels and pulley).

Here is the picture of the fender and pipes I am going with.

Debating adding that front spoiler to compliment the front fender.

I see you have the spoiler, do you have any clearance issues? Is your bike lowered?

I am worried about dragging the hell out of it if I have to go through a parking lot with speed bumps or a gutter at a intersection. I had a drag problem with my nightster once in a while and it wasn't even lowered.
