Default Bleeding rear brake

would anybody be able to look in a service manual and tell me the correct way to bleed the rear brak on my 08? i have way to much travel in the pedal before it actually starts to grab. rode it all last year like this and now its gotta be done.

I installed a Speedbleeder. Made it a simple job.

same way u do a car. pump,pump,pump....hold open bleeder close bleeder. repeat until no air.

I bought the vaccuum pump for $30 and it was easy.

i used aquarium tubing and ran it to a bottle to flush and bleed with new fluid.
