I was told to stick a tube in also but the hole for the valve would have to be enlarged & on a 21" wheel, the hole would go into the spoke dimple as well as probably messing up the chrome. My mechanic & DNA say no to drilling out for the larger tube valve so I have to send my wheel back & hope they can do a good job resealing. It's a good looking wheel, but I regret buying it
I took both of my wheels to an INDY and had him add tubes. Trust me, you want tubes and yes they had to drill out the hole a little bigger, but once the nut is on that holds the valve, you won't see the edges. It looks fine and I feel much safer riding. I'm the guy in another thread that had a complete DNA flat right as I was getting on the highway. You don't want that to happen. I even sent my wheels back to DNA for a repair and they still leaked. Those SOBs are lucky I didn't wreck, my wife would have sued the **** out of them and shut that place down, but at least my 3 kids would have been set for life.

This is why I tubed both of mine. Lundee is right about tightening the spokes too.
