Yup, Colorado only requires a horn, 1 mirror, and head/brake lights. I don't have a horn, but have never been hassled.

It's only illegal if you get caught! I'm in MD with no horn, no turn signals, no fender and 19" bars. No fun having something that looks like everyone else's. Saw yours at the Timonium last year!
