Fat Cat VS. V&H BSS
#11
last yr when I checked into them the quiet baffle was claimed to have better low to mid tq with a little less overall noise and deeper sound than the standard baffles were.
IMO I wouldn't look to gain 8-10 better numbers over the BSS;s just by putting on the D&D's, in the real world...maybe 2-5.. The tq will/should kick in sooner giving U a better area under the curve if tuned proper...
going from stock motor to one that was a stg1, A/C with the D&D's, and dynoed, then 8-10 better would be normal.

Well I pulled the trigger and went with a crome fat cat. I looked at the low cat but personally like the look of the fat cat better. Thanks for the imput guys. I will post up some pics when I get it done. I got a new tune from moto fuel for it. I also found a tune on the power commander website as well. Wonder if they are the same??
