Yeah, that's why I got them too. They can't even get one out of three on that list. Maybe I got some bum pads.

My advice is stay with your lo. Since you already have the fairing I recommend getting a shotgun shot and putting it on your bike. I did on mine and ill tell you it rides 100% better than my dads Ultra Classic. Plus I still get that stripped down badass looking bike that's still light and nimble and not heavy like a bagger. Just my two cents.

ya I was kinda thinking the same thing. But of course when you're there it's Oh this bike will ride way better then a softail and it has a fairing, and it has a radio with saddlebags, and a 103ci. I have done so much to my bike all ready to see it go now to have to start all over again. I have looked at the shotgun shocks and debated that too..
Also looking at my signature here I would lose all of that. Back to quiet exhaust, leaned out motor, factory air cleaner, no tuner, tires are couple of weeks old. Then to start all over????
2012Fatso, I appreciate the reply as I need all the help with this situation I can get.
The dealer will say anything.

Has anybody had their revs drop strangely? On my way home today I had it happen several times within a few miles where the revs in first gear while waiting for traffic dropped down pretty far below the normal of 960-1060 or so all the way down below 800. About a mile or so from my house the revs were back to normal when stopped in first gear. Oil temp was only about 218. First time I've had it happen so I'm not going to panic yet but I've done enough maintenance and parts installs of my own to make warranty claims a pain so I'm hoping it's just an oddity.

I was (-) this close to buying it today. I really really am debating the hell out of it. Of course you get the input from the dealer towards the new street glide.

Kinda pro's and con's things now.

pro=
2013,103ci,bags,gauges, radio,CD player,mp3 player.
In theory a better ride for long distance?
No money down

Cons=
2013 Stock. Quiet, I would lose all the addons I just put on my bike.

Has anyone ridden a SG and thought it was better then the Lo?
I have not even ridden it yet only sat on it.

Had on 06 Street Glide. Loved it but I just did not do a lot of long distance riding. Went back to a Softail because I just feel more connected to it and the road while riding.
