My Lo's been having a bit of an issue lately. I go to start it and as soon as it starts to turn over it locks up, I release the start button and it starts normally like nothing is wrong. I'm thinking maybe a sticking ACR but I really don't know what's going on. The bike runs fine otherwise. Anybody have any ideas? The bike is a 2012 with 16000 miles, stock 103 with stage1
I still have my spanish battery on there and it's cold here at night, and if I don't keep it on trickle charge it's dead after 2 days.
Could be a power issue.
Going to fit sissy bar tomorrow.
Is it just the metal that needs grinding down, or part of the mechanism too???

Mine too exactly the same, sometimes sounds really bad as well like gears locking up, then release the starter button, hit it again, and it starts no problem.
