Man she is going to be doing a lot of chores to make up for the overwhelming depression that is going to set in because of dipping into the shock fund. You tell her that you are the man of the house and you will do what you want when she is not there Obviously my wife is no where near me while I am typing this lol. That sucks man. At least she is ok.

The wife is a pretty good ol gal. She always has my bike clean, detailed. and fueled up before I get home. Hell she used to starch my old uniforms and shine my boots when I was in the service.

Just 1 more year then both my daughters are done with collage. 6 years of collage tuition's and books for both of them. At least they will be educated and have a start in a career with out any student loans or debt to worry about.

Hell yeah it's their turn. But every time I say something to them about it they tell me to be careful as they are the one's who will pick the retirement home for me one day. LOL

Been working with a friend of mine from work who took my rack idea and made it possible. It is made out of re-bar. He did a nice job of putting it together with my ideas of what I wanted. For this year it is painted a flat black. Once the riding seasons ends up here in New England I will send the rack and the mounts out for powder coating. Pics are from my Cell Phone, hope to get some better ones later this week.

Just ordered my first mod for the Lo yesterday: HD tall sissy bar. I didn't realize it until this morning, but I don't have the needed bike jack for the turn signal relocation kit install. I'm going to try and find someone local that has one that wouldn't mind me using it for an hour or so. I'd totally drop the $100 and get one myself, but money's tight enough and I was barely able to afford the $250 for the sissy bar and relocation kit.

really no need to relocate your turn signals. Many here have just modified the bracket to fit. Using a bench grinder or dremel it's very easy.

Misbehavin is right, I wanted to keep my winged signal lights so I ground my quick detach brackets. Works great and looks good when i ride solo seat. Matter of fact that is how i found this forum searching for a way to not relocate my signals. BTW i just got back from the HOG rally in Maryville TN and I am not saying htere wasn't other Lo's there but the only ones i saw were in the dealers show room and mine outside.
