Plus 1 on the Mobile 1 20w-50. I use it in engine and primary. Redline shock proof in trans.
Got 24 qts of Mobile 1 a few months back from Advanced Auto for $6.39 ea. Nice to stock up when you can find a deal.

I find the manual to be off regarding oil capacity, it calls for 3.5 but I after putting in 3 and warming it up it shows full.

Perhaps the extra .5 is what people complain about coming out of their breather housings?

When you drain your oil you don't actually get all of it out. There is still some old oil in the lines and such. It's not necessary but you can use a scavenger or similar method to get another 18 to 22 oz of old oil out. I use one for my oil changes and add just over 3qts to full.

Yeah, but the manual states "3.5 for drain and fill" and "4.0 for dry engine"
That oil you're referring to is accounted for in the "wet" capacity.

I always forget about the new oil I let soak into the new filter before putting it on. There's another 3-4 oz.

I went and got the high beam indicator fixed today. Apparently the part they thought would fit didn't, but someone there at the dealer had went ahead and ordered the correct part which showed up shortly after I got there today. I'm glad it was fixed under warranty. The part itself isn't that expensive but it requires removing the gas tank to get to where it's hooked into the wiring harness on the newer bikes. I decided to skip getting a part for the bike for Father's day and instead I'm asking for a blue tooth helmet speaker setup.

I have a PC 5 at the moment but will upgrade to the Power Vision soon. I feel the vision will be more reliable down the road and has better features. I also like the fact that the Vision flashes the ECM instead of being a piggy back unit like the PC 5.

If I had to do it over again it would be the Power Vision, I have the SE Pro. JMO but I would stick with a flash type tuner.
