Should not be a difficult swap to do your self. If no cables or wires need to be extended or replaced it should be and hour or two job.

Do you know the rise and pull back of the new bars?

I cant back with stats but everything I have learned / been told / read on the internet and take as statement of fact about the Heavy is that compared to other air intake kits it is exactly the same and is purely 100% cosmetic only. It doesnt outperform a Big sucker for example. So it is really your taste..

I went with a BS simply because the breather actually interfered with my knee and I didn't like that so much..

I came into self induced stupidity problems, but I also called the line when I decieded that splicing wire I could deal with but when I break a connection that causes fluid leakage I am done.. It is doable but I did the blinker relocation myself and had the dealer do the bars... NO MORE than 5 hours labor... your getting screwered at 1k. should be 500ish

You are correct. There is virtually no difference between the high flow intake options like the Arlen Big Sucker, SE heavy breather, etc.

However, there is a BIG difference between all of these options and the stock low flow intake. Any of these high flow intakes are going to lean out what was already too lean of a fuel mixture. I personally wouldn't trust a dealer flash to take care of that issue. My personal opinion is that it is worth spending the extra $200-500 dollars on tuning to make sure it is done right and that your engine not only performs well but will last for it's natural lifetime. In the scheme of things, that's just not a shortcut I'd make to protect a bike I've now invested $20k in.

Default Power Vision

I contacted power vision and ordered there tuner based off everything Ive read and researched Im not trusting my local Harley Shop. Hopefully it will be worth the $500 I want my harley to run right. Im going to run Vance/Hines 2/1 Big Radius with K/N heavy breather and power vision anybody else running similiar did you notice a difference with Power Visions program?Whats you guys opinion on the AT100 from power vision in combination with the tuner? Or is the tuner itself pretty spot on with simple mods like exhaust/breather?

Thanks For All Your Help,

Tim

Damn I haven't herd that one in a while. Was a guy at work a few years ago always wanted to hold a 20. He didn't want to borrow it he just wanted to hold it for ya for a few days. Or he would ask for a solid quarter.
