I really like the 2 into 1 look and they are not as loud as the 2 into 2, I have heard a bike that had 2 into 2 on it and it was louder then mine. It was older though and carberated. The 2 in 1 is loud enough for me though and I think they look cooler

Hopefully, that helps... or someone tells me how silly I was.
On a '10 model I removed the wires from the plug under the tank. Removed the rubber grommet and pulled it out through the front.

I've seen them both. It's very much a personal preference. I really liked the look of the 2-2 better so that's the way that I went. I LOVE it. It just seems to fit the flow of the bike so well. It also sounds great.

Is it a throaty rumble or just loud? I'm curious I haven't heard the 2 into 2 on a newer bike. And the 2 into 1 is a deep throaty Rumble.

I see you have drags, thats another mod I want to do in the future. But cant decide on 5" or 7". I want the aggressive posture but at the same time to want to be reaching for the stars. How do you like yours?
Mine are street slammers and I love them, I have 3 slipped discs in my lower back and I can ride all day with no issues

I think it's deep and throaty. It's not overly loud. You hear me coming but it's not obnoxious at all. Nothing like short shots or anything like that. Even my weenie of a wife thinks they sound good and not overly loud. Deep and powerful is how I'd describe it. I get lots of compliments.
