I have my forks off and am ready to disassemble the sliders. Just trying to get a step by step. I have never done any mechanic work so this is all new to me.

Towards the top of the page, by the page numbers, There is a search this thread.

I don't know on a lepera, but with my C&C solo I can leave the stock two bolts in the fender. So 30 seconds and I can have the stock seat on if I really needed it. Just pick up a additional fender bolt thingy so you have one in the forward and rear position for both situations.

Nice, thanks again Bill! I am hoping it will allow me to still keep the 2 studs in as well... If not, it's going to the classifieds. I thought about picking up the Le Pera passenger pillion, but it looks like a damn 2x6 board covered in leather... no way the wife will tolerate that.

Yeah, the Le Pera is the lowest seat out there but I can ride all day in my slightly modified C&C. I had a local moto seat guy carve it out a bit and replace with memory foam. It was just enough to sit me more down in the seat to get some hip support. Still not as good as a wide fat *** king throne, but I can't stand they way those hang over the frame rails since having the C&C.

Thanks! ...the bare bones solo is actually surprisingly comfortable and puts me in the perfect position. The stock seat put me to close to the bars. I dig the sound of the short shots but I really want to go to the 2 into 1 big radius. I'll be lowering it a bit in a couple weeks so I'll post a pic after its done...

Can anyone explain how to disassemble the headlight 3 point connector. It is the connector that attaches to the headlight. I need to get this disconnected from the wires so I can get it to the PC'er.
It has to be something easy but I have tugged and messed around with this for about three hours and nothing.
Thanks in advance.
