Got the apes on today! They're way more comfy just riding around town. I'm going to ride the Black Hills, Deadwood, and Sturgis tomorrow. Oh and the mirrors are already flipped down.

Yea and they don't look bad. Maybe over the winter I'll get some black ones but for now I'm happy. They're wayyyyy more comfy than stock and I had a lot more people looking at me on the streets.

Long day of riding went well, the bars are comfortable and my hands never fell asleep. Thought I was getting pulled over for them by Mt Rushmore but the park ranger had a Lo with street slammers and wanted to see mine. Took a pic by Lake Pactola and you can see how happy I am.

I haven't checked yet but I'm not worried about it unless it's wet out. I took it to HD to get the throttle and clutch adjusted and a couple guys there said they've done it to all their bikes and never had a problem with taking it off.

Unfortunately I live in Guam, where it seems to rain somewhere on the island everyday of the year.
Maybe I'll wait to take it off when I get back to the states!!
