Cool Fatboy lo is too low

Ok, does anyone know of an inexpensive way to RAISE the FLSTFB up an inch or two so I can take a corner without leaving scrape marks on the asphalt? I know about replacing the fork guts with the FatBoy and same with the shocks but if I do that I would look first to someone who wants to lower their FatBoy and I'd trade them. Any suggestions short of a lobotomy?

Default few pics.

Few pics from today. Just trying to tie up the loose ends. Still in the mail, BAL 3ST and visor style turn signals.

Well I checked my install of my short shots I checked the only thing I saw I was able to move the heat shield a little, it was not hitting but I couldn't lift running board. Is there a way that I can move the running board mount out. Can I put spacers between them and frame 1/8 or 3/16 should b enough. Anybody ever done this. Suggestions.

I got the air cleaner from fuel moto in today. I used the stock cover so I don't think there's much point in posting pictures since everybody knows what the stock cover looks like. Hopefully the exhaust and tuner to go with it won't be too much farther behind. It does look kind of different with the back half (stock backing plate) gone. Hopefully it stays more or less water resistant.

Jim, it'll probably stay that way. I need the cover from the rain down here in Florida. Besides I have zero fabrication skills. I barely trusted myself enough to cut some bolts short under my seat with the dremel.
