Thanks to jim and misbehavin for part number on headlight trim. Real proud of my lo... need to get wifey to help me post pics of bike.

I thought that he had powder coated the wheels and the red pin stripe was pc as well. I know he had a separate thread on it back around last April or may. Your best be would be to just PM Jim. He's pretty good guy and I am sure he would be happy to answer back. He hangs in the touring section these days.

On my bike there is space about 3/8" from the rear mount of the floor board, and the front pipe. The front mount is not close to the pipe at all. Nowhere does the pipe touch. I just followed the directions, and everything fit perfect. Only thing I can think of is just make sure the heat shield is not rolled to much to the bottom.

I would have liked going to Apes but I can't raise my left arm up past shoulder height for any extended period. Tried em on a friends Fatboy and could only last 10-15 min before I had to stop riding. I think you will be ok with the 6" risers and stock bars but the upper brake line may be the only issue. I know I have read where some have used the risers on a non ABS bike and got away with it.
