Finally getting around to posting some pics of my Fatboy Lo. Its mostly stock now except for a Sundowner seat and the tins swapped from a black ice pearl Fatboy. I also have the Xieds installed. I plan to add VH big radius 2-1 and probably an Arlen Ness intake soon.

Hmm,

I spent 20 to see the invoice price to know where to start negotiations with dealer. I saved $2500 off MSRP by negotiating from what the dealer had paid for the bike. Sounds like 20 dollars well spent to me !

If you want to justify it in your head, that's fine.

Since there's now way of knowing what you would have paid without the information, the conclusion "20 dollars well spent" is a bit hollow.

My point with the previous comment was invoice pricing is available for free for just about every other vehicle sold (cars, trucks, RVs) I don't see what makes a motorcycle so special.

I don't know what makes a motorcycle so special either but that is irrelevant. If you know where I can find the invoice price on new Fat Boy Lo (2010 or 2011) for free, please share with the rest of us. Some of us are fixing to go in and negotiate. Knowing what the other guy paid is just as important as knowing what he's asking and what I'm willing to pay or I wouldn't bother negotiating. Looks like you get more than invoice for the $20.00 too (hold backs, incentives, etc.).
