is it a stock Dunlop? 7k-10k is about right depending on your style of riding, and if you're doing a lot of 2-up then yeah that's right. I've only got like 2000 miles on mine but i ride rough and already see some wear in the treads

Installed the D2-Moto lay down smoked LED tail light this weekend. Looks great. Also installed 6" pullback risers. Best mod I have done so far. Much more comfortable riding now that I am sitting up straighter.

You mean the inside? No. Just the cover, bolt heads, shifters, linkage, and fender strut bolt heads. The derby cover is still stock black denim.

hey Aaron, can you post some closer pictures of your brake pedal lever and shifter lever and stuff? I'm thinking about doing the same thing but I don't really want to wait until winter to do it..seems like a good option for right now

Yea I'll go out now and take a pic really quick. I haven't done the brake pedal lever yet though. IIRC I couldn't get it off for some reason so I never did it. It's cheap, easy, durable, and looks great IMO. For the bolt heads and levers I didn't do any prep, I just hung them all on wire or stuck the bolts thru the top of a shoe box so only the heads were showing and they sat face up. Gonna do my struts next.

I see you've got some nicks and dings on your shifters though.. gotta spray some onto a Q-tip or something and do a touch up if i wasn't planning a ride on thursday with a friend of mine who's coming home for leave for a few days I might do that..

Yep that's it but make sure you get black lol! Ya the nicks are from screwing everything back together or the wind here. For larger areas it is great but for small stuff like edges of bolts and stuff it's tempermental. I'd gladly spend $8 and touch it up once a year over paying for all new levers and ****. There's a guy with a Lo here that bought the wrinkle black primary cover and you can't tell the difference.
