Whatch ya think of these for my sled?

Maybe change the polished aluminium spokes to black and change the spoke nipples to red?? Or leave it as is?

 

Don't hold back dude. Atleast I will read a drawn out post. I have this thread set so I get email notification on my phone anywhere I'm at (wife hates it) so I'm always down to see what people are BSing about haha. I probably spend more time on this thread and forum than actually riding.

Shouldn't it be up to you, not the forum? For me, they don't look bad though I'm not really into the mixed colored spokes.

 

Of course it's my decision, what's that mean??? I've posted up for opinions for all of my mods and I always make the decision.
I want the forums "opinions".

 

The book at the dealer says all, the cables n lines are the same part #s for the fb and fbl bars. I was going to go that way but ordered the 12" mini apes instead... pickin m up tomorrow!

 

No offense intended and I did provide an opinion. Another option would be to start a poll posting photos of several different wheels. Then members can vote on the wheel they prefer.

I love the FB and especially the Lo for it's uncomplicated looks. The solid wheels are part of that look.
These rims look nice too, but they will radically change the looks of the sled. Radically is nice!! Maybe you should drop the red and go for Black and Chrome spokes? It's your scoot Jim! Keep us informed...

 

Jim I really like the look of your bike with the stock wheels done up like
you have them now. Not real keen on spokes for Fatboys. Leave em for the
Baggers and Classics.
