I was going to go with the black rocker covers, especialy from my powder coater i could probably get them for less than $125.. but I think it would make the bike too black (yes, TOO BLACK), and I would lose the contrast throughout the bike.. still questioning doing the tranny and cam covers.

Those look gloss black. I'd prolly go with the wrinkle black PC on that denim lo 
Which reminds me... I have a crap ton of parts sitting at the dealership. It's the stock stuff they replaced on my bike that was left over. I guess I'll probably take it all down and get it powdercoated and try to sell it all to get some more mod money. Seems like that went well for someone on the forum not too long ago. Any thoughts on that?

The way I look at it is, if I took it off my bike, it probably isn't going back on. I also have quite a parts collection (from both my bikes) that only piles up, so I sell them for .70 to .50 on the dollar and that helps fund my newer mods.
It's definetely NOT a profitable market, but it does help the addiction lol.
