Yea Willie let me know how she runs when you get a chance to ride her. Thats the best looking 2 into 1 I have seen on a black bike so far.

I know she doesn't look much different than the rest of them, but she's the one I swing my leg over. I had a Street Glide for a year. I enjoyed the long trips on the SG, but wanted to get back to something a little less like a couch.

Seek,

I got mine from Paul at:
www.Nativecustombaggers.com

Paul grinds off the rivits and has a 'Jig' that he uses to drill the fender so it is slammed down closer to the tire. All you have to do is take it to your painter.

Give him a call and can fill you in on the order process. 269-276-9200

hey there Lo owners.. I'm sending in my primary cover to get powder coated, not important though.. what is important is im reading through the service manual and on page 1-23, Table 1-9 is the Primary Chaincase Lubricant Refill Capacity.. it says 32 oz wet, 40 oz dry.. well when i reassemble the thing should i put in 32 or 40 oz? i just don't understand the difference between wet and dry in this context, as i've never taken a primary cover off before... and i know i should replace the gasket upon reassembly, its already taken care of :-D

32oz's for wet is when you are just changing your oil and after you drain it, the inside of your primary is still wet on inside casing with oil.

40oz's for dry is if you were like replacing the primary cover and the inside of everything is dry when installed new for example.

In your case, it sounds like you will be filling dry for 40oz's. When you do this make sure you block your bike up straight (not on jiffy), add 40oz's put derby cover on. Then ride it to get it at operating temperature. Recheck oil level, should be at bottom of clutch basket.

Engine oil is checked from the jiffy stand, but primary oil is when bike is straight.

Too bad you didn't come to the Frosty ***** run this year. Who knows we might have met each other. It was also pretty nice that day for January. At the end of the run, I was shedding layers. Then again, it could have been because there was a strip club at the end of the list.

Looks good. Any closes up of the seat detail? Regarding the pipes, looks good. Local dealer is installing some pipes on a Lo like that now and it hasn't even been sold yet. I'm waiting for it to hit the showroom floor since they've also powder coated the handlebars, forks, and instrument panel as well as installed the new speedo/tach combo.

I'm proud to say that after some scraped knuckles and some elbow grease I threw on my Supertrapp X Pipes last night. Of course, it started raining at about 5 minutes before I had the seats back on to take it for a ride. Sounds so much better and I love the look.

I know I gave up some power by going with these pipes, but, like I've said before, I didnt buy my bike to go fast (compared to my 180mph runs on my sportbike). I'll make up for the lost power with a cam and tuner as soon as PC or TTS get something ready for a 2011 Softy. Who knows, maybe I'll switch into a 2-1 at some point if the quest for power hits me on the bike. It did on my 600hp Mustang and 475hp Z out in the garage.

Anyways, here is a crappy pic of the exhaust and a link to starting it up really quick and shutting it down before I aggro the wife and kids at 3am.
