Hope all is well. I know this was awhile ago but I was curious how you pulled off the nacelle and the carlini 1.50 apes? Really appreciate if you have any advice on how to make this work smooth
i did buy a little lever that replaces the wheel for setting the lock on the throttle. just have to put it on. But may have to have someone with better grip do it for me. The last two fingers on both my hands are numb, which is why i use the grips i have on my bike. rubber knurled arlen ness grips
those are different. they hook up to the rear floorboards
Hooking up to the rear on a touring bike doesn't mean they're different for a softail necessarily unless you know for fact the mounting is different. Harley does use a lot of interchangeable parts between bikes.
Everything matches right up to the first bolt then we don't see what happens underneath.
you can see those brackets are clamping around something square. those brackets are different that what you would need for the front half moon boards.. so you would have to bye correct brackets. the only thing that looks the same are the arms. hence what i said, these are wrong.

That's not what I see, actually. The "square" is irrelevant. But, I do see another reason why they wouldn't work.
Regardless, the originals you were trying to identify were old Kuryakyn's. We just found the back set is all.
