Ha, decisions are a ****. I've had apes and everything to put them on in my cart a couple times today... I really need to sit on a bike or get mine back and do some measuring before I pull the trigger though.

i sat on as many as i could, but then saw a Lo at the dealer with 16 inch bars and 4 inch risers. it was'nt to bad but i knew i did'nt want to go that high. i have a frozen shoulder due to my diabetes and knew i would'nt be able to ride all day like that. so 16 1/2 inchs is good for me

Thinking about the gangsters like in that pic I shared above... those are 1.5" x 16". I'm not sure if I'd be better off with 14" though, so I need to be sure before I lay out the cash.

i have the carlini evil 14's. using the stock risers. cause stocks are 1 1/4 at the clamping area. was gonna do different risers but finding 1 1/4 risers was a b*tch. seems like everything is made for 1 inch bars

Yeah, I really want to go 1.5". I just really like the fat look.

I also was thinking about the LA Choppers Tree Huggers since they are 1.5" and wouldn't require any risers, saving a couple hundred bucks. I'm unsure if I dig the no-riser look on apes though. More research is needed.

cause it looks good and a fat bike, i'm with ya. that's why i didn't go with the 1 inch, they looked to small for the look of the bike IMO

I wish I had gone with the 1.5 bars. Perhaps this winter or next I will swap my risers and bars out to some Carlinie's.
