love the mack2, it will look good on the bike. that's a big foot. how long did they tell the wait time will be on the bike.. pick a seat yet?

They sent their truck on Monday up to Atlanta to pick it up but they had to go get one in Pensacola also, so I think they may have it at the dealer today. They also need to install security on it, but that shouldn't take long, so I may have it today or tomorrow.

I hadn't really thought about changing the seat yet. I'll give the stocker a few miles before I decide if I need something different.

Anybody done any experimenting with duplicating the "satin chrome" look other than scuffing it with a scotch brite pad?

The Mach 2 air cleaner has the chrome "spikes" pointed towards the center and it would be nice to....de-shine them a bit. I think I may try spraying them with clear plasti-dip and see how that comes out unless anyone has any better ideas.

inspect that bike from top to bottom before you ride out with it. point out anything you see otherwise once you leave with it, it's a done deal. never know what can happen during transport. hope you get it soon

Oh yeah, I will go over it with a fine tooth comb for sure.

Here is a bit of info on the Satin Chrome. These guys do the plating for the moco.
