I just put a Corbin solo seat on my Lo . . . very comfortable but also very pricey! If you call and order the seat they will modify/customize it for you at no extra charge - I had them narrow the nose and push me about 1" forward from stock . . . I have short arms & legs so ground and bar reach are both issues for me. Corbin also offers a "close solo" seat which pushes you forward about 2" but that was too much since I had already changed to the Chubby Wild1 WO560 bars that give quite a bit of pull-back. I will say that the bars are the best mod I have done so far and are not that difficult since the stock cables and wiring all works fine with them on my 2013 Lo. Hope this helps!

[QUOTE=EMG_48;12904156]I have V&H Big Radius 2-into-1 pipes and I love 'em. They're throaty, growly, and just loud enough without waking up the neighbors. Granted, after a while I wanted to take the baffle out, but I think I waited too long - tried the other day when finishing out the fender mod and it didn't wanna budge. I may try again, we'll see. But even with the baffle, it sounds pretty darn good in my worthless opinion. [/QUOTE

man i got a set of flat black slash down screamin eagle slip ons with cycle shack baffles in them sitting. I'll give you a great deal on them. They're louder than stock SEs but not Vance n Hines loud. They sound like a vintage harley. Look on YT for cycle shacks on a harley. Thats what they sound like.

I'm going to be looking at an '11 Lo this weekend. They're asking $14,999 with 6700 miles on it. Its got 18" apes, back rest with rack...other than that, looks pretty much stock.

I'm going to try to get it out the door (tax, title, plates, etc.) for $14,000. Does that sound reasonable?

Sounds a little high to me. Mine was $17,000 otd new for a 2013.
Craigslist down here has a 2010 with 3500mi and $3,000 in accessories for $11,500, but that was a private party sale.

So my bike was sounding like something was rattling around in my motor after a trip to Reno. 20,000 miles on it. HD says I have a bad cam door. I have kept up with all maintenance, services and oil changes. Heck I change oil every 1000 miles. $1,100 damage. I asked how did it happen and how could I prevent it in the future. They said it was a fluke thing. Anyone have this happen?

Probably not. My old Mustang seat sat me higher an inch or two, but not much closer to the bars. You could get some pull-back risers and keep your bars. That would do it easily. Then you could get a big, fat comfy seat like the Mustang.
