Thanks Jim! yeah, IMO my seat is like sitting on plywood BUUUUTTTT i love the position and the look... so im keeping it! ive heard some good stuff about the C&C's maybe ill give that a shot next year. i just got a matching pillion from the Doc to take my girl out once in a while.

 

The story around the bell goes like this- the belief is there are little demons all along the roads. They are responsible for potholes,flat tires, break downs and all kinds of bad luck that can happen to you on a ride. They grab onto your bike and thus bring you bad luck. The bell attracts them and catches them on the inside and the ringing of the bell drives them crazy and they turn loose and fall off you and your bike. It is also said that the bell will be twice as powerful if someone that loves you gives it to you as a gift. I put my bell on within a few days of bringing my Fat Boy home.

 

what he said! ive heard its bad luck to buy your own! it must be given to you... i've had my bell from bike to bike for about 5 years.

 

Hey Ricky, One more question! I know all the tricks to cleaning the matte black on our bikes (at least I thought I did) and I really thought my detailing was sik. But, Your bike looks so satin perfect in your pictures, I just gotta know what your using to polish it! Or is your camara just that much better. Damn it looks sweet.

i only use water,soap and little windex in the mix.... shhhh.....
my camera does take pretty good pictures though ,i have a cannon xsi...

Looking real good!! Did you do a write up on the coil relocate? Also, is that the Lepara Barebones seat? I've been toying with the idea of that one, but worried about comfort for more than a few miles on it. I have been wanting something that sits me back and down just a little further than the stock, but don't want to give up too much comfort.
