Problem solved. Bars are solid. I can't move em. He knurled the top clamp. Awesome ride. I should have done this 4 years ago. Hard to believe I bought this bike 9/11/09.

Quick question. I was thinking of going to a 23" on the front, would it beok to just lower the front end or do I need to change the triple trees out with a rake kit?

Glad it worked out for you man. I may have mine done when I pull the bars to get them re powder coated.

Thanks. Anything wrong with your PC? Btw, I google "fatboy lo with apes" and your bike is in there a few times. The pics are way clearer than on here.

The powder coating on them is scratched up and cloudy. They were free so no biggie.

Neither are absolutely necessary, it just depends on the look you're going for
