Looks like I'm going to ride to Twentynine Palms, CA and back for my two week vacation at the end of December. Need to check if this windshield will fit my fatboy with the aux lights and probably grab some crash bar wind deflector covers. This ride shall be painful and cold....but awesome at the same time.
So I've been perusing my options and came across this setup for front turn signals. Has anyone installed these? I'm wondering if converting to these you lose the windshield option. Thought anyone? http://www.westendmotorsports.com/al...d-p-31885.html
Looking at the windshield attachment point I don't see that it would work.
The alloy art signals will stand out to far.
Ha! Don't let it hurt your feelings too bad. I once had a lady ask how I liked my harley when I was riding a 1982 honda gl500 silver wing custom... I looked at her, then at my bike and wondered in what planet would someone even be able to draw a single parallel line between the two. I guess they do both start with an H...

Well I'll take it as a compliment if he meant the old Indians.

Fair point. My thought was whether the bolts length would fit. I believe your point would be that the windshield frame itself won't seat properly with the additional spacing on both sides. I believe both pose an issue that will cause the windshield to be a no go. The fact of the matter is I don't want the 1" extension for the stock signals either as I don't run a windshield frequently. My options are getting fairly limited. I appreciate all the comments.

By the way, did you get those tank caps from Harley? I like them.
