Anyone use the run/turn/brake module from harley on a 13? Could have sworn I looked up the compatibility and part #69462-06B would work, but finally got around to hooking it up but its not working.

 

Can anyone tell me how I adjust the aim on fatboy lo? Do I open the ring or on the outside? I changed to the HD led headlight and people are flashing me their brights, looks like I'm blinding everyone.

 

The whole headlamp assembly is adjusted by loosening a bolt on the bottom rear of the light and tilting the light up or down. Pretty sure you need a 9/16 socket and wrench, and you can access it without removing anything.

Got one on the Lo running JUST the smoked tail light without the separate turn signals. It works, and it looks clean. It is bright, but the turn signals are not obvious to drivers. The turn signal portion is one line of yellow LEDs in a < or > shape at either edge of the brake/running light, which doesn't draw your attention, but it is discernible from the 300 or 350 feet as required by WI state law. Haven't been hassled by the local fuzz...

I would have probably liked something else in addition to increase the safety factor, but with the upswept fishtails, the stock turn signals had to go.

and I agree the turn signal portion flashes bright and get attention, but its hard to discern which direction they are pointing. I added the alloy art strut turn signals painted black, which helped clearly mark the direction and didnt add any width to the rear end.

Part # is #69462-06C which I did buy, chased wires back and found nick in wires going to left turn signal. This caused the running and brake function off, but the right turn signal would work.

 

Hi All

I had the V&H two into one installed over the winter. The problem is the passenger footpeg on the rhs is way too high now. Almost 8-10" higher than the LHS. I am wondering if they didnt relocate as they should have or perhaps nothing can be done due to the exhaust being. But higher and fatter then stock.

Anyone else run into this ? Is there a kit ? Not so comphy for the wife with one foot way higher than the other!
