Relocate licence plate on Rocker C
#11
I went with a side mount plate from Top-Down Products. You can get a swingarm clamp mount in either chrome, gloss or flat black powder coat. Some of the reasons I believe this is a real good option are:
- Great customer service! Second to none.
- An excellent, unique, and well constructed product.
- The mount rotates on its axis so it can be vertical or horizontal (or assorted other degrees).
- Multiple ways to mount it (axel. swingarmm or weld).
- Two styles Roto-Plate and Roto-Plate Jr.
- They are currently working on Fender Gra-Fix to cover the holes.

Here's my Heartland. If you decide to run a bag or bags it will block the license. Otherwise, I like it. It's powder coated and spring load pivot, in case you hit it against something. BTW, it's lite by a LED nub above the license plate. It replaces the bolt attached to the drive belt debis guard....just noticed I need to replace by pic.

My dealer had a kit for rear axle relocation (was chrome but I had it powder coated black). Works great with my Heartland rear axle cover (see pic). They did a great job & I'm happy with it.

Yes to stock
Slammed...Shotgun Shocks allow 1/4" clearance to fender without hitting or rubbing.
For the left over holes, I found some soft plastic plugs at a hardware store. It'll do 'til I figure what to do about the fender.
