It's smaller than a 36mm which I read on here and ran out and bought. What size do I need to exchange it for?

 

i thought the axel was a 3/4 with a 15/16 nut i think they started changing them to a bigger size in 2009

36 mm fits the rear axle on my Street Glide - not sure about the front.
