He does have a 95" kit and headwork and Mik carb... 9.8 compression and a tc88.

Pistons = $130
Bore cylinders = $100

Whats that tc88 cost?
$200 delivered - as I said, I need it regardless as the stock ICM runs retarded for smog.

Go for it man, seems cheap enough. It sounds like its what you need. Ill check and see if mines a -3. And true mine motor and yours are completely different. I dont have a half way point to discuss, i went from a stage one with stock cv with thunderslide kit to what i have now. I am partial to 2-1 pipe set ups, they sound great and help with torque. so untill you decide to spend the money on 95" with headwork and diff cams, maybe look to a 2-1 for alittle more torque down low. If not its still a harley and still gonna put a smile on your face when you fire it up!!!

I have a V & H Propipe HS on it with a 5/16 inch hole drilled in the plug - local dyno shop
gave me the tip. Seems to work the same but sounds better. Tried to find some ignition
curve recommendations but most folks are like you - built so they don't apply. Will probably
start with 36A or 34B curve on a hot day and go from there - Dynatek's recommendation.

Sorry man didnt know you already had that pipe. I run the same one. I think alittle trial and error might be what youll have to do. and youre almost there with a nice build. youre probably sick of hearing about going to 95" but pistons, bore your cylinders and send the heads out to be cced, decked and mild port to big boyz and that bike would really run. youve already got the pipe, ignition and cams.... if youre mechanically inclined for 800-900 more youd have a really nice motor...

Yeah, next time around 95 inch for sure - cheapest torque around. No replacement for
displacement unless you're Wolfgang Grasser - saw his 98 incher at the HP shootout in
Daytona last month; did 187 hp / 185 hp corrected as the air was that good.

Followup - replaced my stock ICU - 32478-04 - with Dynatek's TC88-3 and their
recommended starting curve 36A. The difference in low and midrange is amazing.
I realize mine is a Calif bike and the ICU may be different than other states, but
if you have an '04 - '06 carbed bike like mine, this is more bang for the buck than
the 203 cams that I put in. IMHO. Hindsight is 20/20 and doing it over it would be
with the 95" kit and the Dynatek ICU - just looking for more midrange. Tnx all for
the suggestions.

Good work!! I did some checking into it as well. Dynatek reccommends the highest A level setting possible without pinging or poor performance. Im on the B side due to increased compression and displacement. Glad it all worked out for you, ride on!!
