Default Badlands problem

Went to do up all my winter mods today with a little difficulty. I put a RSD side mount license plate (LED) on and a 200 Heartland kit with Harrison Specialities LED bulbs. Mind you I have a Badlands 3 converter....The problem being the rear turning signals blink real fast and do not run constantly. I had the same converter last year running fine but when I added the side mount license plate it does not run or at least not like it did last year. The license plate LED runs fine. Did some reading on here and it appears I might need a up grade converter??? Is the Badlander 3 a "Load Equalizer"????? I am pretty sure the wiring is correct as everything has juice..just can't seem to slow the blinking down and run the tailights at a constant???? and suggestions would be very helpful and avoid me from sending it to the STEALER...

called badlands and they seem to think it could be a connection??? I read a member on here had the similar problem with the exact same parts and changed his badland run/turn/brake to a hd run/turn/brake and worked fine....is there any difference???would a badland 3 work better and did anyone ever encounter the electrical blinker issue....all solder connections are good....check.....all pins and sockets click in.....check....if i had hair i'd be pulling it out...

Put regular bulbs in there and see if it flashes correctly...if it does you do not have an equalizer and you need one.

The "fast blinking" is intentional to let you know you have a burnt out bulb. Something you have done has reduced the resistance and put it into burnt out bulb mode. Have you changed the front turn signals or removed them?

Arent' these electrical problems a PITA. Might have been me you are referring to. My blinkers worked fine. Then I added an LED running light/brake light license plate frame and now everything's haywire. The problem is, sometimes it works fine and sometimes it doesn't. And it's just my right signal. Left works fine. Could be a short, I've got a $hitload of wires and splice connectors stuffed into my little tombstone tail light. One of the reasons I'm hesitant to take it apart to check - I might never get all those wires stuffed back in there. Been raining about two weeks straight up here, so I haven't been able to take it out for test ride.
