I see a lot of sig pics of Softail bagger owners and ran across a few posts. I am always looking for a new idea or the next project. I know I cant be the only one out there.
what bars are you running on here?? I’m planning on throwing a fairing on my 08 heritage and want to have some stepped back near hooks similar to yours
anyone running bars made for baggers that have the bend in the lower ⅓ of the bar? I'm wondering how bad it would look on a deluxe when the fairing is off. I'm thinking of doing 18" apes on like 1¼ risers. 80% of my riding will be within 100mi of home but when I'm planning on going further on the highway I'd like to be able to slap a detachable fairing on and go. that means no fairing 80% of the time so the bars will be visible
I have a detachable windshield already but with my current bar setup it is right up against them and for some reason a ton of air blows straight up from the bottom and blows my beard up over my eyes. if it weren't for the air issue I would love to be able to run a bedroll stereo and the windshield.
