Softail Baggers Only...Pics please

I think it’s just the air ride that you’re noticing. I think mine do the same when at stock ride height. My bags also have a rounded edge at the bottom and I also went with the no cutout and cutout my own holes.

This is mine. I’m not sure if it is me, or the bike, but there is some split personality disorder at play here. Some days it thinks it is a Road King with just a windscreen, and others days it thinks it is a Street Glide. Honestly, I like being able to mix and match depending on my mood. In about 15 minutes I can have it stripped down for cruising or dressed up for touring, and pretty much anything in between.

Softail bagger fender overlay
Trying to attach a sissy bar with this fender overlay on a 2000 heritage softail…. I converted it so far to what you see from a regular heritage softail. Any ideas or does anyone know of someone who has the same issues? The problem I’m having is that the fiberglass overlay is wider that the stock fender and struts. I wouldn’t think that just attaching a sissy bar direct to the fiberglass would be strong enough to support the wife if need be for fear of cracking g the fiberglass.
