DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! I got mine when you couldn't find them, so that's a hell of a deal!! My wife wanted me to have it for my 30th birthday, so she had the dealer order it from the factory since there were NONE down here anywhere. She called all over the state and nobody had one. So mine came from the factory, just for me! And I LOVE IT!!!! Yesterday I spent about 8 hours on it riding all over South West Florida, and the only thing that I had a problem with, was my lower back, but that's probably because I already have problems with that. You'll love it. So just go do it already!!!! LOL

I hate to be a downer but my OTD price with a 3 year warranty without trade was 1700$ more than what your getting. If you think your R6 is only worth 1700$ then go for it, if not still shop around.

I agree with Anthony. Sounds like they are getting a Yamaha almost free and clear.

Well I like to think it's good. They wanted $15.5 OTD at first without a warranty. Now I'm getting a 5 yr + helmet for $15 OTD. So by my calculations (and I suck at math) I managed to get $1,950 knocked off somewhere between original offer and what I can get now. I think that's good considering I was straight up told "no" when I asked if they budged on price. I'm all ears though, that's why I signed up on here, so I can learn.

get them on the phone while your at the other dealer. i did that and you can get things like the free 1k and parts discount for life. I like the party people at Gruene.
Tell them you want that price with out the trade and sell your R6 on craigs list.

Looks like the Lo (denim) is $17k MSRP (w/ delivery) plus T&T (bout $2k).. NADA says a 2006 R6 with no bolt on's has an average retail of $5500.. Sounds like it's not that bad of a deal with the 5 yr warranty and helmet.. Not great but not bad
