Yep. Don't be distracted by the front fenders. The Fatboy tank emblem is unmistakeable.

Thats funny, the FXDWG has the skinny tire up front and I wish it had the fat tire up front.

You have to modify your front fender to put a 21inch wheel on a Fatboy. Either a FL fender or some sort of risers with your Fatboy fender.
