I realize that this subject has probably been beaten to death (in a positive way), but I just wanted to give a public "thumbs up" to Drew and Shawn at Dr.V-Twin. Last week, Drew posted some pictures of a softail with the HD tri-bar tail light and Alloy Arts strut signals. Those images really got me thinking about swapping out my Kuryayken Pancea light. So, I pm'd Drew for prices on the signals. I called the shop on Friday, spoke to Shawn, and told him what Drew gave me for a price. Shawn didn't question a thing- took my word for the prices given, took my $$$, and done deal. VERY smooth and easy to deal with. Just received an email receipt with shipping information. Thanks again guys.....I'll post pics when I get everything installed!

I have to agree 100% the guys at Dr Vtwin rock. I haven't even placed my order yet and they are more helpful than any place I have ordered from. Being in the Military stationed in Germany, I order alot of stuff online. I'm about the take delivery of a 2010 Crossbones, soon as my dealer gets that thing out of the crate and tells my I can pick it up I'm calling in my order.

Been in the Military for 14 years and 9 of them overseas, I almost forgot what Great Customer Service was like. ****! I cant wait to get my bike and place that order.

 

Shawn had to put me on hold while I was placing my order. He had a customer call to place an order from Singapore.....it was like 2am there, and this guy was calling to order from them....from the other side of the world. Guess it's really not THAT far, if you go over the Pacific! LOL.

 

Thanks for the props guys. This is the first time I have actually had a chance to surf the forum and see what is going. The last 7 hours were spent answering questions and quoting prices. That's is why I am here. If you have a question ask away. If I cannot answer it I will call the manufacturer and get an answer from them. Today I have spoken with D&D, Rinehart, J&M, Harley, Heartland, SAS and several others.
