http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...?Prod=63-1125P

There is the link if you click buy now the price comes up as $499.00. I did look at the zipper maxflow and like the set-up, but am kinda leaning more towards the look of the heavy breather or this ^ K&N air intake. I do appreciate the recommendations though, I'm constantly looking around at different intakes at this point.

The heavy breather comes with a K&N filter where as the S/E stage 1 filter setup comes with a crap *** filter. As long as you get a good washable filter you are good to go. The s/e stage 1 filter has been known to deteriorate and get sucked into the engine. The heavy breather does not have this issue. Get me part numbers and I'll see what kind of discounted pricing I can get you.

Scratch price on above post, listed price is 399.00, so I guess that does put me at a decision between SE and K&N due to them being same price

So you are saying between the SE heavy breather and the K&N air intake that the SE is the better way to go? I posted this question in the general forum, but would the SE heavy breather be considered a Stage 1? In regards to part numbers I have been scowering the net high and low for SE heavy breather, but cant find an actual part number specific for my 04 FXSTBI.. Figured only way to get SE heavy breather was to order from HD itself, which dont want to. K&N part number is 63-1125P.

I picked up my heavy breather from the local HD dealer for 299 plus tax.

Just ran across two part numbers that from what I have read are the part numbers for the SE heavy breather. 29098-09 and 29299-08.
