Default Does anyone make or sell passenger peg eliminators for Deluxe?

I just want to get rid of my rear passenger pegs altogether, and just wanted to know if there was some kind of kit available to do the job properly.

Thanks.

Just take them off. You will have two holes there, one on each side and if they bother you put a couple chrome bolts in there. The extensions have a bolt in the middle, after you take the peg off look inside and you will see it

Find an Ace hardware, the hole is threaded for a 3/8th-16 bolt, a 1" length should work. i put two buttonheads and chrome washers in mine...looks great.

I agree. Take the originals off and use a black plug. It all but disappears once installed. Available at lowes, ace, etc...in a variety of sizes. Make sure it fits the hole tight so you won't lose it. Suggest putting a dab of grease in the hole first. That will allow the tight fitting plug to slip in easily but more importantly, keep the threads from rusting for later use. Woody

Hey thats a great idea, an excuse for more chrome!!

Seriously though, do they really cover the pasenger peg holes in the frame?? The pic in the link looked like there were still plenty of holes in the chrome covers.... I might have to take a closer look.

Thanks

Boomerang frame covers do not cover the passenger peg mounting holes, but like previousy mentioned just put in a chrome bolt.
