I just got back from Motoshow 2010 which was here in Prague. Lot of custom bikes, etc.full head of new mods ideas for my Rocker. This visit will cost me lot of money..... One of the things realized is that i have to go definitely with some custom fat front end and fat front tire. Today i could compare lot of bikes and I ended up with conclusion i want definitely fat front tire. I saw lot of fat tires on 18" or 19" today but not 21". All 21" i saw today was only with standard tires - i realy did not like it in direct comparison with the fat 18" and 19".

Just looking for new wheels for my Rocker. Today I was thinking to stay with 19" wheel at front for while but i would like to have 21".

So anyone here with 140/70/21 at front? I checked past posts and found only 2 Crossbones here. What do you think about 140? Isnt it too much for Rocker? Alternatively i consider 120/70/21 but not sure if its fat enough.

Also wheels i was thinking t buy have only 3.25". Maybe i would need for 140 3.5"?

I have a 120/70/21 on a 21"x3.5 wheel on the front. Not sure if you saw this thread , it may help.

Thanks for the link, i missed this thread. The 140 looks like monster in compare to 120. I wonder how this would look on Rocker. I am afraid its too much, seems to mee too tall. 140/60/21 would be better.

 

Go big!!! In glad I did!! I'm running the 140/70 Metzler ME880 XXL 21" on my Crossbones, and I love it. Tx_Outlaw and C. Numb are running the same 140 too. I think it would look insane on a Rocker!!

 

Yeah, i checked your bones many times already Great bike! I am realy not sure. It looks killer on the bones but its realy very big. Do you have 3.5" wheel or 3.25"?

 

I'm running a 3.5 rim. It looks really big on the Bones because of it being so close to the frame. Look at it on Tx_Outlaw bike. It doesn't look as huge when it away from the frame and raked out like on a Rocker.

Its realy monster Your train looks like bones now, while skipper bones looks like train little bit

I think it fit both your bikes well. But still thing that for Rocker its propably too much. I want fender. I am now deciding between 3 manufacturers of wheels HogPro, Renegade nd RC components. Only RC components have 3,5" rim, rest only 3,25". I have feeling that 120 tire woule be ok for Rocker or maybe 140 on 19" rim would look nice but its not available......
