Default One Toke Over The Line….sweet sweet Mary

Forums are a pain in the ***. Meant to post message on the same page as the bike I was looking at, not 30 pages down the line. "An incredible assortment of gauges, buttons and ***** that me and my lawyer would never fully understand" HST on his fancy rental car. I can't even delete the message which was my first thought. Sorry for ranting like a lunatic.

Default 98' Softail. 2" drop Front--2 1/2" drop rear

This one started as a stock 98' Fatboy. After a year of working on it, she ended up like this. I sold it a couple months ago and the guy who bought it is basically turning it back into a Fatboy….don't ask me why. Progressive springs and spacers up front and extended hiem joints for the swing arm shocks in rear. Pretty damn easy suspension to work on. Did front and rear by myself in my garage in under 2-1/2 hrs. The ride became worse than my hard tail(at least the bobber has springs under seat pan) but I figured I'm in my 20's. If there was ever a time that my back and *** could handle some discomfort its now(no HOMO). Have taken her on some pretty long trips with the suspension slammed and have no complaints. From central NJ to Nags Head NC Outer Banks and had the time of my life. Did return trip in 1 day! If I could do it over again I would look into buying shocks for the rear that are made for lowered bikes and not go below 1 1/4- 1 1/2" for the front to retain at least some comfort.

I think the natural would pop more and be a nice contrast with the passenger pegs brake pedal etc. Black wrap to me would get lost with all the black you have.

Just my $0.02 though.
