Default Shotgun shock installed with pics!!! does not work with polished splash guard

The install took much longer than expected because the compressor was hitting the new splash guard no matter how I positioned it. So I had to just use the stock one. My compressor is mounted parallel to the road...straight across...not pointing down at all...I found this is the best position. I got the system six months ago so it's the old style compressor without the fins.

This is the splash guard I'm talking about.

Unless I did something terribly wrong there is no way it works with the system. So if anyone wants is for $55 shipped let me know (you don't have to take the wheel off to install it).

Still have to do the front.

You need to post pics of your Deluxe more often. I love it. If that combo would have been on the floor when I bought my bike, I may have had to go for it. Probably the only color combo that could have pulled me away from classic black.
