Got the kit for my 88 Heritage the other day. Opened the blister pack, great finish on the parts, everything I need and instructions my kids could follow. BUT...(theres always gotta be one) on my 88 the three flat stainless extensions needed to have the inside (bike side) holes slotted down about 3/16". They fit fine after that, but I thought you would like to know.

Like riding a totally different bike when ya get em on.

 

I love the floorboards but I kept wondering why my left knee (which is a bum knee) and hips would start to hurt after about an hour of riding. Then I noticed the last time I rode that I would subconsciously try to put my foot to the outside of the board or even find an "invisible" peg. I'm definitely going to be ordering these! I think they'll do the trick to solve my knee problems when riding.

Looking to get these soon. From reading the posts they are the bomb!

 

First this is a great product and Tom gives outstanding service. Ordered them on Tuesday and they arrived Thursday. Just installed and really like the leg room now.
