Bought several pipes for each of my bikes over the years from Sportsters up to the Touring models. None of them come with flanges - at least the ones I bought didn't. No big deal, as the instructions say - you use the old ones. In your case since you want black you can paint them or purchase a blackened set.
Never ordered a seat so no comment. Good luck.

i've been thru 3 diff sets of headers and none came with flanges...simply reused the stock ones along with the retaining ring...
besides cali what's ca?

I never had a problem with anything in Calif. Sorry to hear about yours. If I were you I wouldn't go there, you may never leave

Me thinks he want's to raise hell and complain, but he is not confident enough about his logic to use his real name.

I only dealt with Corbin one time, and it was a pleasant experience.

V&H have never provided the flanges. I bought my first set from them over ten years ago with no flanges and bought my last set this year, same, no flanges. The didn't include the new gaskets either. Like others said, if you want black flanges, get some black BBQ paint and paint 'em.

Well I'm happy with my Hookers flanges and gaskets. Suks to pay that kinda price and they are too cheap to provide them to you. I feel for you evan thou they have never provided them they should.
