Default Crack in the paint

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows how to fix a crack on the paint on the rear fender without having to respray the whole thing.

I know someone out there has the answer

Looks like some custom work done on that fender. Looks like there is plastic thats cracked and the only way to fix it is to grind it out and redo the whole thing

The fix will look as bad or worse.

I'm with Blk and Chrome. Grind fill and paint.

I can't bring up pic but if its just a fender it'll come out a lot better to remove and repair then spray. As opposed to try and repair and blend on the bike. Panels really not big enough.

It makes a big difference if you have a clear coat on it. If not it can be buffed out.

Default a different spin

Normally I would fill, fair and reshoot... However ... I've repaired a few things like your scar with a different approach ... I've painted filled and painted over with a different color ... sometimes I've been able to get away with a line ... but most of the time I've had to shot an entire area .. black gloss and silver work pretty well and if you mask off and reclear the whole thing it can turn out really nice ...
