Default Rush Slip Ons. Go With 1.75" or 2.0" Bafffle?

07 Softail Custom. Want something just a little bit beefier than stock, but not too loud.
Do I want a 1.75" & a 2.0" baffle? Just how big is the difference in sound between the two?
Thanks

Default 1.75"

Not sure what you want but I'm totally satisfied with my 1.75" baffles. If you live in a neighborhood and like to leave early in the morning I'd recommend them for sure. They will still 'bark' when you get on it. No tuning and they run great. I've had mine about six months now and never looked back. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies. Where would be the best (read: cheapest) place to buy?

Any tip/tricks for installation?

Thanks

i bought mine last week, and Rush has a "cash for trash" deal going at the stealerships. THEY wont tell you about it, but call rush, ask for a guy named catfish, and he will make sure they take care of the deal. Basicly, they give you 50 bucks for your stockers towards to new mufflers... oh yea, got the 2"s they sound great.

I have 1.75" on mine and love them. They are a lot louder than stock, but not loud enough to **** off the nieghbors. Rush recommends a re-tune if you go bigger than 1.75".

Get both. I did. The cool thing about rush baffles is that in less than 2 minutes you can change the baffles out. I'm not kidding. On long rides the1.75's are great and i ride with them most cause they don't kill your ears. But on some days I like to go rogue and slip in the 2.0's and they are loud. An extra set of baffles only costs about $60.00.

Try fuel moto a site sponsor....I got mine there.

I had the 2" and they do sound good loud when you twist the throttle. Rush does make a very good product.

Both will sound good and better than stock, but ultimately it is what you are going for. How loud do you want? I wanted louder so I switched my 1.75 with 2.25 last week. Rush defiantely has a nice deep sound.
