Got it started tonight. It was a single wire I missed. Lost two of the exhaust bolts so I guess I will be making a stop at my local shop to see if he has any.

Looking at it on a stand tonight it does look like the wheel is offset a bit to the drive side, not sure if others that did this conversion had the same result?

Or it could be the struts we welded on are offset a bit. Guess I will just wait and see.

The local shop had a new axle nut, so that is now fixed. I took it for a test ride today. All seems good. I did notice one thing, the brake rotor is really hot. Any ideas what might cause this?

Have only been able to ride a few times due to the weather around here. Everything seems good.

I will work on writing up a price list very soon..

Did you ever figure out why the brake was getting hot?
