I have an 08 Rocker C and I absolutely hate the foot pegs with the *****. I was looking at the flame pegs but it says on HD's site that they aren't compatible with the Rocker but I have seen some pictures of Rockers with flame pegs. Is there a different flame peg that you can get or is HD's site just wrong.

Also I was looking at my pegs and can't figure out how to get the silly things off. Now I know I'm not the most mechanically inclined out there trust me but I have managed to change out every other pedal, peg headlamp etc but for some reason I'm missing something. Any suggestions?

 

Get a service manual. HD does have a flame peg with shifter heel stirrup etc...that will fit. Call your local dealer and they should be able to hook you up. Good luck.

 

I have the Flame foot pegs (front and back) on my Rock, the model number is 50312-03.

 

Those are the ones I was looking at on the web and in the description it says they aren't compatible. Good to know that they are. Thanks!

Now to figure out how to get the stock ones off lol.

 

Just an FYI almost everything will say except Rocker and that blows. If I remember right there a little c clip on the pegs and when you remove it the pegs come off.

 

Pair of snap ring piers make it real easy. Its just a pin that goes through with a snap ring on the bottom. Real easy to do. Make sure you dont loose your little flat peices of steal in there. If you loose those or dont put them back in your peg will be really floppy.
